The HEYO program is a dynamic initiative implement-ed by the SRHR Alliance Uganda in the districts of Terego and Yumbe. HEYO's core mission is to combat teenage pregnancy and child marriage by empowering young people with knowledge and resources related to sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR). The program focuses on youth-led advocacy campaigns and innovative health entrepreneurship initiatives, aiming to create a supportive environment where adolescents can make informed decisions about their SRHR. By fostering community engagement and enhancing access to SRHR information and services, HEYO contributes to building healthy and resilient communities in rural Uganda.
