One of the core values of SRHR Alliance Uganda is collaborative partnerships with key stake holders in the SRHR sector.
At the global level, the Alliance is also part of network of six (6) other country SRHR Alliances in Kenya, Malawi, Ethiopian, Ghana, Indonesia, and Pakistan. This has enhanced learning, collaboration, and networking at global levels.
Whereas at the National level, the Alliance work closely with relevant government ministries and agencies including Adolescent Health and Reproductive Health Division in Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Sports, Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development as well as Uganda AIDS Commission. The Alliance and its members are represented on the different policy working groups in these ministries and agencies.
The Alliance and her members work closely with relevant local government departments including education, health, probation, Child protection offices and community development in the implementation of activities. These departments have been involved in providing technical support in terms of supervision and quality assurance of activities being implemented by the Alliance partners. In addition, the Alliance members have also been engaging local government, political and technical leaders like District Chairpersons, Youth Councillors, Chief Administrative Officers, District Health and Education Officers among others for advocacy, social mobilisation, accountability, and field monitoring.

Donors and Development Partners
SRHR Alliance has been able to attract substantial donor resources for its interventions. Over the last Ten (10) years, SHR Alliance has implemented a number of projects supported by different donor partners including Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rutgers, UNESCO, CORDAID and IDRF among others.

- Over the last 4 years, the Alliance members has been able to extend youth friendly SRHR services to over 1,488,524 adolescents and young people. Equally, a total of 1,576,402 adolescents and young people in and out of schools were reached with SRHR education/information.
- The Alliance is also credited for supporting the integration and mainstreaming of youth friendly services into over 50 public and private health facilities.
- SRHR Alliance has successfully replicated the implementation of innovation models such as Meaningful Youth Participation (MYP), Social Accountability, legal empowerment and Social Accountability (LESA) and Healthy Entrepreneurship.

Sustainability Priorities
- Build the Alliance Secretariat into a grant making and resource mobilization entity.
- Build movement and public support for SRHR to create enabling environment in the Country.
- Build the Alliance into a reputable SRHR research and learning partner.
- Promote collaborations with link-minded Alliances, network, and partners at National and International levels.
- Become a benchmark for Meaningful Youth participation
- To handle SRHR in general and not limited to youths alone.
- Become a capacity development and innovation hub for aspect of SRHR programming.
- Position the Alliance niche in SRHR programming for young people but handle SRHR for different groups as complementary.
- Position the Alliance as a center of excellence/academy on SRHR issues.
