Tanzania and Malawi, gathered in Leiden (the Netherlands), to write the country reports of 2013 together. In other UFBR-programmes, in-country writeshops were organized.

Several PME advisors from the alliance members and the alliance office were present during the workshop to provide support in writing, analyzing outcome data and answering questions. The idea behind the Writeshop is that joining forces will ease and accelerate the writing process and will make it more efficient and pleasant for everyone involved. Next to that, the participants got the chance to learn from each other and share experiences from their country programmes. The Writeshop ended with a joint dinner and a number of draft country-level reports.
